Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, Ambler Charcuterie & Co LLC began as a passion project in 2021. The owner, and food stylist, Cathrine Strulson has always had an avid interest in food and hosting events. It was during the pandemic that Cathrine decided to turn her passion for food styling into a successful business

After posting the first picture of the grazing table and charcuterie boards on instagram, the response was unbelievable. It was obvious that there was a demand for charcuterie boards and tables in the Philadelphia area.  The aim with Ambler Charcuterie from its initial inception was to bring people together, create ease in entertainment, form connections, community and shared experience through food.

We have since created different food items that met the need for individual food items in the time of a pandemic: Our customizable cups and cones have been featured on PHL17, Neiman Marcus, Boyds, Temple University, and numerous store openings locally and in other states such as New York and Delaware.
