The art of Charcuterie...

Founded in 2021 in the Philadelphia suburbs, Ambler Charcuterie & Co. began as a passion project by food stylist and entertaining enthusiast Cathrine Strulson. What started as a creative outlet during the pandemic quickly blossomed into a sought-after brand, known for its beautifully curated grazing tables, charcuterie boards, and individual servings that brought ease and elegance to any event.

 

From the moment Cathrine shared her first board on Instagram, the response was overwhelming. It became clear that the area was hungry not just for charcuterie, but for connection, hospitality, and a shared experience through food. Her mission was simple: to bring people together and create memorable moments through artfully styled offerings.

 

Over the years, Ambler Charcuterie expanded to include individually portioned cones and cups—perfect for safe, stylish entertaining. These creations have been featured by PHL17, Neiman Marcus, Boyds, Temple University, and at events across Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware.

Now, in 2025, Ambler Charcuterie & Co. begins a new chapter under the fresh leadership of Stephanie Gahagan.  Steph has worked closely alongside Cathrine, learning the craft, the details, and the heart behind the brand. Current and new clients can rest easy knowing the transition honors the spirit and creativity that built the business—ensuring that the original mission lives on: bringing people together through beautiful, thoughtful food.
