Cancellation Policy
Event dates will be saved once the price quote is accepted. Changes can be made to the order up to one (1) week before the event date. Customers can cancel their order 5 days prior to their event date. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period of the event date will not be eligible for a refund. Invoices need to be paid in full prior to or upon delivery. There will be a 3% fee if using a debit or credit card.
Refund Policy
Once accepted, this will serve as a contract. Client is responsible for returning all boards and serving utensils in the same condition as provided. There will be an additional fee associated with any damaged or missing items.
